Dos and Don'ts

  • Furries including anthropormothic animals of all species

  • Humans, humanoids including elves, goblins, orcs, etc.

  • Interior, exterior backgrounds

  • Outfits of all kinds

  • Monsters and creatures

  • SFW and NSFW works

  • Extreme Fetishes. You may ask me what they are.

  • Ferals

  • Degrading art that calls out an individual or group.

  • Any hate, slurs, or political content.

Terms of services

1.) I have the right to deny your commission at any time. I also maintain right to scrap the entire piece at any stage of the art process if you do or say anything that makes me feel uncomfortable or unsafe;
- a.) This includes but is not limited to: Harassment, defamation, deception, & fraudulent practices.2.) I have the right to use the art i have created for you as i see fit; This means:
- a. I will post the art work(s) on other platforms, including but not limited to: Twitter, Pillowfort, FurAffinity.
- b. I will give proper credit to the rightful client through the information they provide. If the client would prefer to remain anonymous, they must let me know before I post their work.
3.) You are allowed to repost Commissions/Gift Art/Art trades as long as it’s the watermarked/signed copy. You must also include my artist name, xDarkSpace , in your description. Please do not remove my watermark/signature.
- a.) You are prohibited from selling, printing, and redistributing my art work(s) for your own profit. Theft of any kind will not be tolerated.
4.) Do not ask me to draw in different styles. For my style, please refer to my portfolio or gallery links.
5.) Please do not give me an ETA for your commission. I tend to work in a first come/first serve basis. However, if you have multiple pieces commissioned at once, or if you or another commissioner has set a deadline, you can choose specific dates or holidays.
- a.) Do not set the deadline 1 week after payment. Plan ahead, any time frame over 2 weeks will be accepted.
- b.) I will personally inform you when you are next in my queue.
6.) You have the right to request changes for your WIPs. I will present these in your private messages (PMs/DMs).
- a.) These can be minor edits that doesn't require me to change huge parts of the drawing ( such as limb placement, replacing/redrawing any outfits, adding objects to the background, etc.)
- b.) Before I line the art, you can ask for major changes.
7.) Please keep communication with me at all times during the art process. If after an extended period of time I don't hear from you after posting a WIP, I will move on to the next client or personal work. I value my time and the work that I make.
8.) You need to accept and listen to my Terms of Service. Please do not enforce your views onto me.
9.) There are no refunds after I’ve begun the lineart stage.
Payment
1.) I always require at least half upfront. Once everything is agreed upon and clear and the final price has been set, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. I may ask for full payment upfront if the commission is a high enough price.
- a.) I will start the commission when I receive payment in full.
- b.) On rare occasions, I can start the commission up to the sketching stage before receiving full payment. If I have not received partial payment within an extended period of time, I will cancel your commission and refund the amount that was given, if any.
- c.) Please do not attempt to send me the amount without receiving an invoice. If you do, I will refund you and you must wait for the invoice.
2.) I only accept Paypal and I am currently not looking into other platforms right now.By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and understood my Terms of Service. Now lets get to drawing!
